She has 5+ years of entrepreneurial and legal experience in the internet field, and is practicing as a commercial lawyer and partner of a business consulting company in China. She has extensive experience in the incubation and strategic planning of high-tech startups, optimization of emerging business operation models, cross-border investment and financing cooperation and intellectual property.

Her working and investment experiences included: Associate in Hubei Duoneng Law Firm, Director of Agronet Holdings Ltd.(Hongkong), Shareholder and legal officer of Weinan Danong Intelligent Supply Chain Ltd.(Sino-British JVC), Legal officer and supervisor of Wuhan Sinotech Ltd. and Wuhan Nanbonet Ltd.. She received LL.B. from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law in China, B.Ec from Wuhan University, and PRC Bar Hoder, the qualification certification for both Security and Fund.
